Stampin Up Experience Day

Sorry for the delay in uploading these lovely projects but I just do not seem to have the time to do everything I need to do - Can anyone tell me where I can get a 48hr day from!!

These are all the wonderful projects we did on Saturday using products mainly from the new mini catalogue. I had a great time with my fellow demonstrators Lisa & Michelle & I just hope all the lovely ladies who attended did so too.

So here is the morning project where we made this lovely tote bag & 4 cards. The bag was designed by Michelle.

And a closer look at the cards. These were designed by myself & Michelle using the My Sweet Pea stamp set (118506) from the mini catologue. This stamp set is only £9.95 which for 5 stamps is great value.

In the afternoon we each taught a different project.

This is Lisa's lovely photo frame/memo holder using the Fox & Friends stamp set (117020) again from the mini.

This is the outside

And this is the inside with a lovely piccie of Abi who was our receptionist/cashier on the day.
This is Michelle's lovely card using the Vintage Vogue stamps & Very Vintage wheel. I love this card & considering that poor Michelle had to totally rethink her project last minute due to a supply issue I think shes done a great job.

And lastly this is my project using the Extra-Large Two-Step Bird punch (117191). I saw the orginal idea here: http://annscreativemoments.files.wordpress.com/2010/01/chickadee-instructions9.pdf & made this cute card from the instructions
I'll be adding the instruction links hopefully tonight.

If you love these projects then why not join us for our next day which is on
Saturday 3rd July 10.00 - 4.00pm

Saturday 24 April 2010

A Big Thank you

Today was my big Stampin Up Experience that I held with 2 very talented fellow demonstrators Lisa & Michelle. We all had a great day & met a great group of crafters.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to all you lovely ladies who did attend. I do hope you had a great time & that you enjoyed the projects we devised for you. If you have any further feedback for us - good or bad please don't hesitate to contact
me as your feedback is invaluable to help us plan our next event which will be on ............
Saturday 3rd July at Hethersett village hall.
As we do not want the event to get any bigger than it was today please confirm your places ASAP so as not to miss out.

I will be uploading the projects hopefully tomorrow so watch this space.

Finally I'd like to thank my fellow demonstrators - Lisa & Michelle for helping to organise the day with me & I'd also like to say an even bigger thank you to the "back stage crew" - Abby, Paul & Shaun for without their help the day would have been a disaster.

Well I'm now off to the land of nod.......wake me up when Monday arrives!

Thursday 1 April 2010

Today is my nephew Ryan's 13th birthday, I cannot believe I've got a teenage nephew it only feels like 5 mins ago when he was born.

Here is the card I made for him using all my stash that I'm trying to use up for non demo cards so I can replace it with more Stampin Up stock :-)

The numbers & letters were handcut by myself & the "Memo pad " is a punch from SU called Spiral (109973) & I find it especially useful for those hard male cards. I cased this card from here
If you do read this Ryan I hope you had a great day.
